We have a client who want their users to not have the "so lovely" prompt password when they open document from their SharePoint.

Whether the users are intranet users?
如果是这样，请转到IE->工具-> Internet选项->高级选项卡->确保选中启用集成Windows身份验证".
If so, please go to IE->Tools->Internet Options->Advanced tab->make sure the "Enable Integrated Windows Authentication" is ticked.
然后转到IE->工具-> Internet选项->安全选项卡->单击本地Intranet"->站点->高级->将SharePoint网站添加到该区域.然后在本地Intranet"->自定义级别"->向下滚动到用户身份验证"部分->选择自动 登录并使用当前用户名和密码登录"，然后再次检查.
