I'm using Azure Analysis Services with an on-premises data gateway to connect to local data.

It works fine when I myself log into the gateway with my credentials (same using in Azure portal to manage the ressources).

However, I will need to rotate my password in the future by policy. So I would rather have a dedicated user log into the gateway. I got one from ourt Azure AD admin, and login works fine. However, I'm not able to see the gateway in the Azure portal.

You have a couple options. You can use the switch directory link and go back and forth between the two accounts. Or you can add this new user to your existing subscription: Add a new user to my Azure Subscription

If you want to keep them seperate, if this new user needs to be restricted for some security policy, then select the `sign in with a different account` and the two will be associated but not part of the same subscription. You would then need to select the switch directory link, and go between the two.

For the option I listed above, your Azure AD Admin may need to perform the `Add a new user ...` steps above if you do not have adequate permissions.
