I have installed Azure MFA serve integrated with RD Gateway server all things are working properly but the user after receiving the confirmation call he requires to enter the password only again.

If I am able to understand this correctly, the user receives the call for the Multi-Factor Authentication and after verification - the user is redirected to enter his credential password again ? Does this happen in loop ? Is this happening for a single user or all the users ?
