只是想知道Windows的一站式服务是否可以保护我免受病毒和间谍软件的攻击?我已经安装了它，但Windows live有时不希望我扫描我的comp.如果我不理会或采取措施，他们建议我安装了特洛伊木马程序.对不起，我仅学习任何信息.

just wanted to know if windows one care protects me from virus and spyware attacks?  I have it installed but now and then windows live wants me to scan my comp.  Should i disregard or take actions they suggest i have trojans etc. Sorry just learning any info. would be great
