I am fairly new to the whole SharePoint SharePoint Designer and InfoPath arena so be gentle.  I have a request form that I have designed in SharePoint and InfoPath, and am working on the workflow in SharePoint Designer 2013.  It is initiated by anyone and once submitted starts the work flow.  The first Stage of the workflow assigns a task process to their Administrator.  The next stage emails the Requester and starts a task process with a Screen Team.  Here is where I am struggling.  I want any member of the Screen Team to be able to delegate an individual from their division to add comments to the request form via a task, or task process, and notify the screen team member once completed so that they can complete their task process before the form continues to the next stage.

In the task actions in Designer workflow, there is an option "Wait for task completion". If it is enabled, the workflow will wait until the task is completed before continuing. You can assign task to Delegate and wait for this task completion. After this task is completed, assign task to TOU Division Admin.
