I have sharepoint Site collection Admin. I created workflow which can be run manually. A user created item and when I try to run the workflow manually the status shows Suspended. When I see the log I am getting access denied. Here is the log.

Hi Kundan- first, make sure you're not using system account for the workflow. Sounds like you need an impersonation step to run the workflow with elevated permissions.
