I am trying to find a solution to copy (duplicate) a List Item to the same list along with the attachments. I need to achieve this using the Visual Studio Workflow (SharePoint Hosted App).

I need to copy the complete list item and duplicate the same by creating a new item (along with the attachments). I dont see any direct tool in the Visual Studio to duplicate the list item in the same list.  Could anyone help on this ?
