I am having an issue when startingthe workflow. Actually, it is when clicking on the Start button of the approval workflow that I am getting 'Sorry, this site has not been shared with you. The workflow failed due to an internal error'. Same issue is occurring for the System Account account.

I have noticed in ULS Viewer, there is a below error.
