We are in process of moving SP2013 sites to SP2016. We have a SP2013 site collection with around 275+ subsites. We also have another SP2016 environment where we ant to migrate this Site collection.

Given your sites are in v15 mode and your SharePoint 2013 farm is at SP1, you can migrate the content database using the database attach process. You cannot go directly from 2010 -> 2016. You must go 2010 -> 2013, upgrade sites to v15 mode using Upgrade-SPSite -> 2016.
