 I tried to access the SharePoint site, but some users where unable to access because it shows permission issue. Following the steps I followed.

第1步:在AD中添加用户

Step 1: add the users in AD

步骤2:将用户添加到SharePoint所有者组中.自动添加的某些用户(例如Domain \ user)和某些用户(例如DOMAIN \ user)自动添加.

Step 2: add the users in the SharePoint owner group. Some users where adding like Domain\user and some like DOMAIN\user automatically.

第3步:全部用户都具有可以访问SharePoint网站的域\用户，而不能访问DOMAIN \用户的用户.

Step 3: The users who are all have Domain\user where able to access the SharePoint site, But DOMAIN\user where unable to access.

Please suggest the solution and why SharePoint is reacting like this as soon as possible.

Try removing the affected users by visiting  http://YourDomain/sites/YourSite/_layouts/15/people.aspx?MembershipGroupId=0 and then add the same user by visiting to appropriate group. It should help.
