If the author of the article doesn''t answer questions in the comments-section of his article (for whatever reason, maybe he doesn''t want to, maybe he never looks, maybe he isn''t active on Codeproject anymore), he is much less likely to answer them here, where he maybe doesn''t see you question at all.
