This is a total newbie question. I hope it isn''t too vague.

I am well-versed in excel, but want to learn SQL. The problem is I don''t know much about programming and don''t know where to start. What I mainly don''t understand is how to set up my own SQL database on my computer, and then access it through some visual language.
