Generics come with Whidbey - next VS.NET.
If you have MSDN Universal subscription you might contact MS and they''ll
send you a copy on DVD.
Otherwise - check out Mono (http://www.go-mono.com/) - I think they support
generics or

Generics and C# 2.0 is slated for release with Visual Studio .NET 2004.
Neither is available in VS.NET 2003.
