You''ll have to google for one. There are many different solutions
and levels of complexity, depending on the features you need,
and the platform/tools you want to work with.

Best would be to ask on a platform-specific forum
(Windows/KDE/Gnome depending on the OS, DirectX/OpenGL
depending on what you want to use for rendering).
