功能$ _SERVER [''PHP_SELF''];很好用，但它对我来说很复杂...
在我的网站中尝试使用它来将信息添加到数据库..但是它工作不正确，因为每次打开它都会起作用那个页面甚至我点击reflesh窗口......即使我使用功能如果甚至我使用窗口确认消息....他们也无法帮助。
请帮我解释一下我该怎么办才能阻止脚本无法正常工作才能使用它。

Hello there,
The fuction $_SERVER[''PHP_SELF'']; is nice to use but it so complicate for me...
In my site to try to use this to add the information to database..but it work not correct because it will work every time i open that page or even i click to reflesh window......even i use funtion if or even i use window confirm msg....they can not help.
please help me to explain what should i do with this to stop the script to not work before i sut mit it.
