我希望这能占据整个页面的中间行。根据需要扩展
而header / footer保持相同的固定大小。
我看着2& 3列布局，但没有一个是全屏尺寸
（它们随内容而变化）如果我的页面长于
查看区域，这是好的，但是如果中间部分很小，页脚向上移动
页面和有点看起来很难看。
可以有人帮忙请

and i would like this to occupy the entire page with "the middle row" expand
as necessary while "header/footer" remain the same fixed size.
i looked at 2 & 3 column layouts, but none of them are full screen size
(they change with content) which is fine if my page is longer than the
viewing area, however if the middle portion is small, the footers move up
the page and "kinda'' look ugly.
can someone help please
