Hey I''m doing a genealogy database and I''m trying to place a search engine in... I already have functioning search engine but have a couple problems. It searches multiple fields for example FirstN, MiddleN, LastN,. The problem im getting is that the search must be entered in the order of the code...
So if I enter
FirstName then LastName I get and error because the code requests the Middle Name..
But if I enter the Middle Name and LastName it works it also works if I enter all three name in the order of First, Middle and last.
I use one text box to search all fields just like google.
Please if anyone have coding please help I would have like to post the coding but I''m away from my computer so if you want the coding just message me here and ill send later.. I have an idea that it might be my if statement... But please help
