Ex :- If the Project1 has to be linked in the Project2 ? That means the project1 has to place in the folder of the Project2 ie., accessing the total files of the project1 in the Project2?

whenever you are making a new project in ASP.NET in the Solution explorer window your solution name is displayed....right click on Solution explorer----> click Add-------> New project......
