I have recently been looking on dice.com (and other sites) and noticed
a striking difference in the number of listings for DB2 DBAs for the
OS390 platform. Most of the listings are AIX.
Anyone else notice this? Also, is DB2 on OS390 dying?

Not according to last years revenue numbers...
It''s by design that DB2 for LUW gains compared to DB2 for zOS.
After all DB2 for LUW was 0% 15 years ago...
I find job postings to have a very high variance. It''s hard to derive a
strict correlation just by looking at a few months or even a year.
