There is nothing on that product except IDE-HDD, this is usb connector to hdd, if i connect laptop hdd in that device led glows but it''s not detected in my computer and in device manager it''s showing driver is not installed for this device. I din''t get what will be the exact reason, i changed the drive letters and then checked whether any conflict like that, but it''s not solved.....

plz try to solve this problem because my mam challenged with me....
