To answer your specific question: there''s no simple way that I''m aware
of, although you could consider a popup or popunder that exists off the
screen or something. However, my advice would be to consider if the
music is welcome at all. I''m a big fan of music, but I have yet to come
across a music-playing site on the Net where I was glad the music
played, and if it persisted playing while I navigated the site I''d
probably leave ASAP. Search this group and alt.html for "music" or
"sound" and I bet you''ll find a number of conversations on this topic.

symphonies, you want to interrupt that without even asking me. Forget it!!

why not try a floating frame?
you should also consider adding some controls to stop the music playing
(keeps people like Dave happy)
