Yes, trying to expand a little on Date sort, here''s what I ''m trying to do.

Trying to create a small database for a charity that contains; names,
addresses, notes and Date of Birth plus a few other details.

My manageress has asked me to create the dbase, MS Access, so that I can
report and print out a list of all birth dates in a particular month - say
for December, then Jan and so on.
This is so that we can personalise and wish the readers of a Monthly
Newsletter happy birthday.

SELECT DatePart("m", [Birthday]) AS BDAYMONTH, tblPeople.Lname FROM
