Hello! I am new to this site and I need your help.
I am using Windows XP. My control panel is missing from the start menu. On its place "administrative tools" appears. Also, the task manager doesn''t work when pressing ctrl+alt+del. A message saying "Task manager has been disabled by your administrator" comes up.

Check is the folder options working i think not sure that its not working there is no option in tools.
And i think you are also facing another problem that when ever you opens command prompt or applications related cmd the system will restarts.

Hi you can add control panel by right clicking on taskbar choose Start Menu Choose customize click on Advanced and you will see the control panel option here.
