Any window that I''m on resizes whenever I click or even hover anywhere on a page. When I click to resize, it changes to a different sized rectangle in a different place on the page. Sometimes the pages resizes correctly on the 3rd click, sometimes it takes 4 or 5 clicks. There are more random resizing patterns but they''re similar. Any remedies? Thank you.

My first question to you is.... Is this just INTERNET??? or WINDOWS VISTA its self..
Sorry you just stated "Any Window" not to sure what that means...
It happens whether I''m online or not. It just happened when I was working in MS Word.
That''s one thing that leads me to the conclusion that it is because of Vista.

I would do the following...
Create a new user account and give it full rights. I would then restart and login with that user account and open internet explorer and hit tools (on the right hand side top) and press windows update. Run windows update and make sure all updates are installed.
If the problem persists, I would look into downloading video drivers from your computer manufacturer or your video card manufacturer. We can assist you with this if you give us the brand and model number of your PC.
