我域名当前主机上的技术人员显然不知道如何正确配置服务器。阅读我过去一年的帖子
详情。我已经检查了两个网络主机，或者不知道要做什么，或者是什么，或者让我从纯粹的懒惰或其他任何事情中解脱出来。我特意
问一个技术人员他是否可以设置服务器发送字符集和图片
信息，他告诉我这些都是用<标题符号中的元标记完成的br />
html文件！如果我理解正确的话，元标记方法与正确的方法相比是一个笨拙的方法。
请，有人可以合理地向我推荐一个网络主机价格合理但是有可靠的服务，而且他们的技术人员知道他们在做什么，并愿意正确地支付

The tech at the current host of my domain apparently doesn''t know how to
configure the server properly. Read the past year of posts by me for
details. Two more web hosts I''ve checked out also either don''t know what to
do or are putting me off from sheer laziness or whatever. I specifically
asked one tech if he could set the server to send the charset and pics
information, and he told me these are done with meta tags in the header of
the html document! If I understand correctly, the meta tag approach is a
clumsy hack compared to doing it properly.
Please, can somebody recommend a web host to me reasonably priced but with
reliable service and whose techs know what they''re doing and are willing to
things properly?
