Hi There ,

I am currently managing a number of Access Databases for the company I work
for.

Recently a number of employees moved to a different site and as such can no
longer connect to our access databases.

For this reason I am considdering converting the database into a web
database but I have to confess to having no idea of how to do it.

I want to allow them to use internet explorer to connect to a specific
website and use it as they had the access database.

If it is atall possible to do it without using a dedicated program (apart
from Access 97 running on windows NT) that would be good, as our company is
notoriously tight when it comes to spending money on software and the
certification takes approx 1 year even if they did sanction it.

Assuming no software is needed, what are the different standards and
languages that are appropriate and any pointers to websites which can teach
me it would be much appreciated. Furthermore if anyone knows of any courses
in the UK which can teach somebody the techniques I would appreciate it
also.

If software is required, what do people use and or recomend?
