I have one field query set up for data entry using access 2010. I use this same technique for three separate fiels value entries and it works fine. I would prefer to use one Codenum entry to control data changes for the three inputs all at the same time. I did use code when programming in Paradox some years ago to simplify data entry and this technique worked well. Of course things have changed and I would be grateful of any help on this issue with property entries or the use of Microsoft VBA .

The select query has reference to a table comprising 20 rows of three columns:1 Codenum;2 Membership and 3 Cost. A row 1 Would have 1, Vice President and ￡140.00. Other rows would have varying code numbers and corresponding membership titles with different cost. By using a Combo Control with a bound value I can select a particular row and fill each field with the same row number parameters. A similar Combo would be used to set up the Membership, using bound value 2 and then the cost with bound value 3. I attain the result by using three Combo controls and I am trying to to do the same but with one Combo control. I hope that this helps?
