I have a problem with a long form. The form captures data correctly for fields which existed in the table when the form was created. I recently added two fields and have just added input boxes for these on the form. The form captures data for all fields except the two fields I just added. This is driving me nuts! Can anyone help? I checked the form several times but cant see what the problem is.

Have you added the two new fields to the record source of your form?

In Design View, if you select to data tab in the form properties window, you can modify the record source from there to include the two new fields.

Also, have you added two new fields in the relevant tables for the two new fields (text/combo boxes/whatever they are) on your form

If you have added the two new fields to the appropriate tables and updated the record source of the form, it should work. No idea why it wouldn''t!
