if i have selected view hidden files and folders option from the folder option it is not enabled. at the time of applying it works but if i close that window and open it again its not enabled. it automatically goes to dont view option hidden files option. what could be the problem for this. can any one help me in fixing this problem.

i am able to see 5 times the svchost.exe along with the user names karthi(appear once) ,network services(appears twice),system (appears twice)...... what could be the problem. how can i solve it........
