Is it possible, instead of having the button "Browse" for the HTML
<input type="file"> element, to have a graphic in its place? How would
this be done?

否......至少不一致而且不会以不会呈现

But for submit button you can do like this.

Any Text If Need <IMG src="ie.gif" alt="wow">
</BUTTON>
