I am using the RTF2 activeX control from Stephen Leban''s website and

What code did you see for multiple Memo fields? Generally, you would
simply add one RTF2 control for each of your Memo fields and bind each
control to its respective Memo field.

I have placed an activeX control for each of the four memo fields and
have given the name of the respective memo field as the control source
for the activeX control. I''m still just getting the "RTF2 Control Design
Window View" on each.

Do you mean that in Form view, not Design view, the RTF2 controls are
displaying "RTF2 Control Design View"?

Are you sure thses 4 Memo fields contain valid RTF data?

Can you test each Memo field on a single RTF2 control and verify?

Let me know. I have placed up to 6 RTF2 controls on a single Form/Report
with absolutely no issues at all.
