Should I install .NET framework 2.0 on my production web server, I need to
use some of its new features? It seeems stable enough to run in a production
environment. When the final version is release will i be able to upgrade it
or do i have to reinstall windows? What are some other problems that this
might cause?

a production environment is sacred ground. until you know exactly how well
the software will behave, it should not make it into production. that''s what
testing environments are for. nuff said.

which forbids production use:

"there is no "Go Live" license for this beta release, so your use of this
beta is limited to testing and evaluation only."

The license doesn''t allow you to do that. It''s also in BETA and it''s pretty
much universally accepted (from everyone I talk to) that doing anything to
the production server that doesn''t need to be done, particularly running
Betas and alphas on them, is suicide.
