。
我有一个基于存储过程的表单,usp_PubsAuthors
FilterState varchar(2)
Aaron Kempf

Aaron Kempf

Sco Scofield

Ok, I know I''ve done this, but it doesn''t seem to work
for me anymore.
I have a form based on a stored proc, usp_PubsAuthors
and it has a single parameter, @FilterState varchar(2) which
defaults to CA. I put a combo box on the form with a list
of states, and named it to the param, FilterState.
Isn''t this supposed to ... auto-negotiate, as Aaron Kempf
says? I''ve seen this work, but it no longer does. Is there
some simple step I''m missing?

Yeah, that''s what I did, but I thought the other method worked, and
Aaron Kempf had said he used it exclusively. It has some advantages.
That InputParameter property loses it''s value if you look at it cross-
eyed. Plus, I hate referencing forms like that. It''s not so reuseable.
Anyhow, I''m preparing info for a presentation at the Denver Area Access
User''s Group this Thursday, and I just wanted to demonstrate the various
methods. I was sure it was possible, but maybe it''s not.
