The organisation I work for is on the verge of buying Microsoft Office
2007 Pro Plus OLP NL. We currently use Office Pro 2003. Our business
system is written in Access 2003 with a SQL Server back end.
I''ve heard that it''s possible that the version of Office we are buying
may have compatability issues with Access 2003. I find this hard to
believe, but does anybody know anything about this?

It isn''t so much a "compatibility" issue so much as it is that Access 2007 (like
most new MS software) has a few "issues". You will have to deal with the fact
that the interface is radically different and you might have a few things you
need to tweak here and there. Your users are more likely to complain about the
interface changes than the few bugs that come up.
Service Pack 1 has just been announced so hopefully that clears up a few of the
issues I have encountered.
