Questions simialar to this have been asked but i haven''t found an anwser yet (first post so please don''t shoot me)

Ok here it goes:

I have a subform (view is Continuous Form) which gets its data from a query (Access 2003)

You don''t say where you have the price calculation at the moment so I''ll assume it''s in the control source. Remove it from there and put it in the forms On Current event (This assumes that no changes to the price are taking place on the form). You don''t say what the control names are so I''m just using the field names with some additions. If you are calculating this price in the query this won''t work.

sry for the lack of details, was trying to simplify a little, truth is i haven''t decided exactly how im going to calc the price (right now its a vb function that is called from the query), but for the moment the price you see here is just the door price... straight from the database "tblDoor.Price" easy :)

So lets try something simple
