My question is closed to remove replication data from my database.
For that I create new database and write vba code for transfer all objects from old replicable database, except tables.
For tables I try to write code, which create tables with all fields, excluding system fields.
However, some my old tables have lookup fields.
Where this features stored and how I can apply it to the new table?

Are you sure you really want to do this?



There are very good reasons not to use the Evil Lookup Field outside of a sharepoint application. You''ve actually provided a prime example!

However, if you insist after being warned not to do this, then you will need to create and set the display control property for the field

I so highly recommend against doing this outside of a acc2013-webapplication or Access-SharePoint application!!!!

Once set, the recordsource of the field''s display control can be set.

1st,
I do not use web application.
The database I create is for my own needs only on my own Pc

2nd,
I write UI for database and use forms for almost operations, but, sometimes I need got to tables directly and correct/insert info manually. In that case the lookup fields are very useful for me.

However, I have to correct my question now, I think.
I checked ''properties'' object of the field and it seems, I found where information I needed is stored.
So I have to update some of field properties for creating lookup field.

I supposed, if I create full copy of the existing field in the new table, I will got I need.

I tried to create field for table with the code below, but it does not work.

td - is existing table from old database,
nt is new table I created in new database, where code is placed,
ntf is field I try to append to new table
