I''ve used MS Access 2003 to create a Plumbers database. It worked fine for a year but suddenly the Invoices wont print, they look fine in print preview but no data is printed only the design that is saved as part of the report. I''ve tried old versions of the Db and on another computer with a different printer but same result, no data printing. I can''t think what else to try, I''ve done detect and repair and uninstalled and installed printer again. Its seems very strange its affected all copies of the database on 2 computers.
Any help would be galdly received as Plumber needs to send out invoices.

Welcome to Bytes! Do any of your other reports still print, or is it only this one report that fails to print.

I don''t have any specific insight, other than I know that sometimes Access can have a mind of its own. In a worst case, I would try this:

Create a new report and then copy and paste all of the controls from the old report onto the new one (do not just copy and paste the report as a whole). This sounds ridiculous, but I have encountered similar problems in the past, and there is just some weird bug in Access that causes things like this to happen and the only solution I have found is to re-create the report or form that is not working.

The same problem is happening in all of my reports.

Your problem sounds bigger than just the particular report, and my suggestions may not help.

Have any other changes occurs to your db? Anyhting at all? Updates? Upgrades? Anything?
