So start with "how did you learn?"
Did you read a book, go on a course, watch youtube videos, or grab software and look at it? If it's either of the last two, then that's probably your problem. Go on a course, or get a good book, and read it from cover to cover, doing all the exercises. "Learning to OOPs" is a way of thinking about problems, and you don't develop that by "looking", only by "doing" - preferably guided in how to start at the beginning.

If you've been at this for two years and got nowhere, then you really need to look at changing the approach of how you learned and probably starting from the beginning again.
