I can come round and look at the log file - it even gives you the fullpath to it - to find out why, but I'd have to charge you for my flight, expenses, time, ... I'd strongly suggest that you read the error message, and look at the log file yourself to find out why.



And when you know why, you should either be able to fix it, or ask Microsoft technical support once you have that information.
