i have an application where i need to show dynamically pdf files on request base, i have converted my pdf file to images then i am trying to incorporate the images in to .swf file, but its getting replaced then appending in below.How to create the layered/multiple framed flash file?

As already stated, newer browsers no longer support flash (or silverlight, or even activex (except microsoft's browsers)).

A web browser caches content to disk. Even if you were to get the browser plugin to not allow the user to save the document, it's STILL on the user's disk, and when he finds it, he can do whatever he wants with it.
