I have developed a VSTO Excel add-in using c# in visual studio 2017. It is executed when the File/Save menu item is chosen. I want to create a new menu item as the event to execute it. How do I do that?

What I have tried:

Google searched "c# create excel com add in." Generally the hits were gibberish. I did find a video which describes how to do it with Visual Studio 2010 but I cannot find the same template in Visual Studio 2017.
