I am attempting to write a program that will send information to a third-party program using SendMessage. I have been successful so far with the Combo Boxes and Text Boxes, but I am running into a brick wall when it comes to updating a DateTimePicker control.

When using SendMessage to a DateTimePicker, it does not appear to change the date/data whatsoever. Has anyone else run into this problem?

I do want you to know that I have been working on this for a couple of days and I have Googled every way that I know how but have not come up with a solution. Basically, I call:

Neither is changing the value of the DateTimePicker.

Assuming there is a typo in the above, WM_SETTEXT has the value x0C.

That is a typo. It should have been
