You'd have to do it entirely in Flash as the MediaPlayer donns't have a clue what Flash content is or what to do with it.

I have no idea how to do that in Flash as I've never worked with it and plan on never doing so.

Also, Flash as a content production and playback environment is dead. Adobe is killing it off in 2 years.
