There isn't "one robot" and there is no real standard for programming them - so you can;t really just "get out the program" from a robot and then play with it.

What I'd suggest is that you go to the manufacturers website and look there: there is a very good chance that they have information and tutorials on "how to program Robot XYZ" and will show you where to get the tools you need to do that, plus - most important - how to use them!

I'm sorry to say that we probably can't be a whole lot of help to you with this, we don't really deal with robots - although there may be a few members who have, finding them among thirteen and a half million of us is goi8gn to be a tough job! You'd be a lot better off starting with the manufacture - many have forums that you can ask questions about the product on, and get answers from others who also have the same kit.

As for the "difference between programming robots, web, computer?" - well, that's scale. Where a robot would be simple commands and probably less than one hundred of them taking hours or a few days to get right, programming for the web or a computer takes millions of instructions, and very often large teams working for many years to get it right.
