I'm still new to coding. I would like to pull information from this link:

On that link I only want the actual weather line at the bottom. I don't want all the header information at the top. Is there a way to do this?

What I have tried:

I've looked up scrapers and parsers but I have no idea how to code something like that.

Since you have tagged Javascript , it is not possible throught Ajax call or Iframe, either ways the Service is restricted to access. only way to access is by using any server side technology (c#,java etc)
