I Have MVC 5 Application now i would like to install his Application on Server 2012 R2, then i got the Error "Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions in IIS 8.5"

I serach lot but never get the proper Answer.

same application Run on Windows 2010 and 2007.

Please help me about the Same.

1. Log in to the server;
2. Open Windows Explorer, and locate the folder where you have deployed your application;
3. Right-click on the folder and select "Properties";
4. Select the "Security" tab, and click "Edit...";
5. Click "Add...";
6. Enter "IIS_IUSRS" (without the quotes), and click "Check Names";
7. Once the group name has resolved, click "OK" three times";

You should now be able to browse to your application.
