Some flaws are found in a website and I'm supposed to correct it. but the problem is I don't have its source codes and anyhow I need to recover it. Otherwise I would be creating a new web application. please suggest what can be done. The flaws has to be corrected taking the remote access of another PC.

The server have all the files, you simply need to ask the owner to give you access to the server and do a backup of the site.
