Anchor tag is not clickable in IE,If i right click and open in new window it is working.but it is working as expected in Chrome.

What I have tried:

Href="https://google.com" i have added it is the backend code of the c# asp.net like below
hcaselink.Attributes["href"] = "https://google.com";

Use this method :

hcaselink.HRef = "https://google.com"

Instead of

hcaselink.Attributes["href"]= "https://google.com"
