I am looking for an application or best practice of hot-fix creation and delivering it onsite. The meaning is to avoid doing a list of pre-defined steps needed to apply the hot-fix, e.g:

Replace files (libraries, executable, end so far).
- Stop/start services
- Write/Read registry
- etc.

For now I am using Wix Installer for this kind of things, but it takes some time to repeat the same steps all the time for each hot-fix.

I believe that some application already exists and successfully does the job. Can someone suggest something?

What I have tried:
