To remove a file resource you can't just simply delete the file or the folder.
This includes deleting the Resources folder in the Solution Explorer.

In Solution Explorer locate and open the .resx file (possibly called Resource1.resx)

You should see an icon for your FinalXml.vb_TemporaryKey.pfx file. Click on XRemove Resource.

If you want to tidy up it is now safe to delete the file/folder.
